files and folders not displayed in root mode

Hello,

I am new to the forums and I appreciate any help provided.

I run a debian based system. I installed some updates, restarted the system and now krusader does not show or display the panels or their contents. In user mode, I can see the files and folders just like normal.

I have reinstalled krusader but the problem persists.

Any suggestions?

EDIT:

I didn't figure out what caused the problem but I went through "Configure Krusader" and reset all settings to default, which "fixed" the problem.
