I'm quite unexperienced with working with the terminal.

My task is:
Extract the content of an archive into the same directory as the archive and delete the archive after success.

My useraction

ark --extract-to %aPath% %aCurrent% && rm %aCurrent%

produces an error message.

Does anyone likes to give me a hint to a terminal newbie?
Thanks.

"Beim ?ffnen ist ein Fehler aufgetreten".

Nothing else.

The translation of that message: "An error ocurred on opening"

Please let me know, if you need any more informations.

Which version of ark do you have? Mine ark doesn't have the extract-to Option.

For this ark the command should be
ark -b %aCurrent% && rm %aCurrent%

PS: Have a look at ark --help-all
